These are some essential tips to follow each day to keep your body healthy.

  1. -The body needs a full 7 hours of rest to recuperate.

  2. -Each organ needs proper hydration throughout the day to function.

  3. -A high salt, high fat and high sugar diet leads to cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol.

  4. -Exercise is essential for well being of mind and body.

  5. -Having a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits and fiber are necessary to receive all your nutrients.

  6. -When the nutrients in our food are not enough it is needed to take a daily multivitamin and probiotic.

  7. - And saving the best for last: at the beginning and end of each day pray and smile.
