A high salt, high fat and high sugar diet leads to cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes and high cholesterol. Exercise is essential for wellbeing of mind and body. Having a healthy diet of vegetables, fruits and fiber are necessary to receive all your nutrients. When the nutrients in our food are not enough it is needed to take a daily multivitamin and probiotic. And saving the best for last: at the beginning and end of each day pray and smile.
