3 TIPS FOR HEALTHY MOTHERHOOD


In the spirit of Mother's Day being in May, I felt it appropriate to discuss some tips for healthy motherhood. I am so blessed to be a mother of two beautiful girls. I know if I want to be around to witness my greatgrand children, I am going to have to do my best to have a healthy life style.


1) A Healthy Mom has a Diet Rich in Vitamins

-Drink and eat your nutrients daily: prebiotics (fiber), probiotics (kefir), antioxidants (berries), superfoods (kale) and superdrinks (tea).

2) An Energized Mom Exercises in the Morning

-Morning exercise increases oxygen throughout the body.

3) A Restful Mom is a Peaceful Mom

-Get 7 hours sleep a night to restore balance in the body.
